I'm trying to fix that line on the Admin Badge. ^^

This probably doesn't go here, but I want to show off my userbar designer site skills. (so very hard to use! :P) I haven't figured out how to change the color of the none-animated part when I use a scroller, I've changed layers and colors and images and it isn't working... Anyway at this very moment I got an idea so I will post the completed work once I figure out how... EDIT: Yay I did it!
